## Servicing

Regular care that keeps a hard-ridden bike working the way it was built to.

- General servicing: A full check over, clean and adjust, so small problems are caught before they end a ride.
- Suspension service: Forks and shocks cleaned, inspected and refreshed so they feel supple and controlled again.
- Brake service: Pads, rotors and lever feel checked, with bleeds and adjustments for consistent stopping on long descents.
- Pivot servicing: Suspension pivots cleaned, checked and set to spec, so the rear end moves freely without play.
- Bearing replacement: Worn hub, headset, bottom bracket or frame bearings swapped out to stop the grinding and the knocks.
- Gear tuning: Derailleur and cable tension set so every gear changes cleanly, up and down the cassette.

## Repairs

When something breaks, wears out or takes a hit, we find the cause and fix it properly.

- Drivetrain repairs: Chains, cassettes, chainrings and derailleurs repaired or replaced when wear starts to slip and skip.
- Crash damage: After a fall we inspect the bike, sort what is bent or broken and tell you what we find.
- Wheel truing: Buckled or wobbling wheels brought back into true, with spoke tension evened out.
- Dropper posts: Sticky, sagging or slow dropper posts serviced or repaired so they move up and down on command.
- Cable and hose routing: Cables and hoses rerouted, replaced and tidied so they run smoothly and stay quiet on rough ground.

## Builds and setup

Work that sets a bike up from the start, or gets more out of the one you already ride.

- Wheel builds: Wheels built by hand to suit how and where you ride.
- Custom builds: A bike assembled from the frame up, with the parts you choose, set up for Queenstown riding.
- Tubeless setup: Tyres converted to tubeless, taped, valved and sealed, so you can run the pressures you want.
- Frame protection: Protective film or guards fitted where rocks, cables and shuttle racks wear through paint.
