Ask the workshop
Not sure which service your bike needs? Send us a question before you book and we will help you choose.
Schist Cycle Works is a premium mountain bike repair and servicing workshop in Queenstown. Most riders know what they want and book straight in. If you are weighing up a suspension service against a general service, wondering whether crash damage is worth fixing, or planning a custom build, ask first. Tell us about the bike and how you ride it, and we will point you to the right job.

Send us a question
The more we know about the bike, the clearer our answer. Include the make and model, what you have noticed on the trail, and anything you have already had done.
We will reply by email. If your question turns into a job, we will tell you which service fits so you can see the price before you book.
