Service levels

Repairs, priced first
Not every job fits a service level. Crash damage, a wheel build, tubeless setup or a drivetrain that has given up all need a look before anyone can price them properly.
Tell us what your bike needs when you book. Once it is on the stand, we check it over and tell you what the repair involves and what it will cost. Work starts when you say yes, so you always know the price before we pick up a tool.
If we find something else while your bike is in for a service, we tell you first and you decide whether to go ahead.
