What happens to the details you send us when you book a service or ask the workshop a question.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into the forms on this site. Nothing is asked for that we do not need to look after your bike or answer your question.
- Booking form: your name, your email address, your bike (make / model), your preferred date and what your bike needs.
- Contact form: your name, your email address and the message you send us.
If you reply to one of our emails, we keep that conversation too, so the whole history of your job is in one place.
How we use it
Your details are used to run your job at the workshop in Queenstown, and for nothing else.
- To confirm your booking and your drop-off by email.
- To know which bike is coming in and what it needs, so the right work is ready on the day you booked.
- To reply to a question you sent through the contact form.
- To get in touch about your bike while it is with us, if something comes up during the service.
We never sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you booked a service or asked a question.
Your choices
Your details are yours. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, such as a changed email address or a different bike, or ask us to delete your details altogether.
Send the request through the contact form and say what you would like us to do. We will reply by email once it is done.
